SprayRate Privacy Policy

Version 1.1, last updated June 22, 2026. This page explains how SprayRate handles the job details, records, exports, and settings you use in the app.

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information SprayRate may store, process, export, or transmit when you use the app. SprayRate stores core business data primarily on your device, and information generally remains local unless you export it, share it, or use a feature that relies on third-party services.

Information You Store

SprayRate may store customer details, quote details, pricing settings, product library records, spray plans, application records, notes, timestamps, branding details, weather snapshots, and related job data that you enter or create.

Local Device Storage

SprayRate uses on-device storage to save working data and settings. If the app is deleted, device storage is cleared, or backups are incomplete, locally stored information may be lost.

Location, Weather, and Related Services

If you request location-based or weather-based features, SprayRate may access device location details and may transmit relevant request data to third-party services. Returned information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and should be independently verified.

Exports and Sharing

When you export PDFs, CSVs, backups, or related records, those files may include customer, quote, spray plan, application record, weather, location, and business profile information. Once exported or shared, those copies may be governed by the privacy and security practices of the destinations you choose.

Operator and Privacy Contact

SprayRate is currently operated by SpiderByte Labs. If SprayRate later begins operating through SpiderByte Labs LLC or another legal entity, this Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect that entity and its formal business details. For privacy questions, data handling questions, or support requests, contact [email protected] or [email protected].

Retention and Control

You generally control your information by editing or deleting records in the app, deleting exported files, and managing your device and backup practices. You are responsible for your own backup, device security, and export handling decisions.
